Canon PowerShot A540 Digital Camera Review

The Cannon PowerShot A540 is one of five new cameras in Canons A series, and is the mid-range model of the bunch. The Canon Powershot A540 can brilliantly capture fleeting images in the blink of an eye. It has a plastic body, it feels solid and sturdy, and the large clearly labeled controls all feel very solid. With its two AA batteries the camera weights a little above average for a pocket compact, and this combined with the comfortable sculpted handgrip give it a distinctly chunky feel. The overall shape is square and businesslike, and will get the impression that its been designed for usability rather than style or size.
